Jasmine Star is a world-class speaker, thought leader, podcast host, CEO, and entrepreneur dedicated to helping individuals reach their fullest potential.

Arlan Hamilton (she/her) is a serial entrepreneur, author, and master multi-tasker. 

She founded Backstage Capital in 2015 to invest in founders who are people of color, women and/or LGBTQ. Since its founding, Backstage has raised nearly $30 million and invested in 200 startups led by underestimated founders. Arlan is also the founder of HireRunner.co, a startup that connects outstanding employee talent with inclusive companies. 

Arlan published her book, “It’s About Damn Time,” in 2020, detailing her journey from homelessness to venture capital trailblazer. Arlan also hosts the popular podcast “Your First Million”, and in 2018, was the first non-celebrity Black woman to grace the cover of Fast Company magazine. Arlan's latest book, "Your First Million: Why You Don't Have To Be Born Into A Legacy Of Wealth To Leave One Behind" is available for preorder and will be out on January 2nd, 2024.

Arlan is a big proponent of paying it forward and supporting other underestimated people in the tech industry and beyond. She’s a limited partner in 27 funds led by emerging, underestimated managers, and she and her mother, Mrs. Earline Butler-Sims, have established scholarship programs for Black students at Oxford University, HBCU Dillard University, and Harvard Law.

Catherine Gray is a producer, author, TEDx speaker, host of the Invest in Her podcast, co-founder of non-profit She Angels Foundation, and founder of She Angel Investors a multimedia platform designed to connect women Angel investors and female founders to resources and to each other.

She co-produced the movie Show Her The Money to inspire women to learn about venture capital and encourages women to participate in the VC investment community as a fund manager, limited partner or as a fund seeking founder.

Catherine is also the creator of the e-course- 6 Ways to Fund Your Business. She is an angel investor and a member of Wealthing VC Investment Club and Gaingels.

La Keisha Landrum Pierre is the Co-Founder and Managing Director at Emmeline Ventures, an early-stage VC fund, where she invests in healthcare, fintech, and sustainability solutions built by female founders. She invests in the most promising female founders across these sectors and has spent the last 13+ years building world-class operational teams, infusing strategic excellence and scalability into impact focused companies. Prior to Emmeline Ventures, La Keisha was the Managing Director of NLA Ventures, an early stage fund where she also invested in healthcare, sustainability and cybersecurity. Prior to NLA Ventures, La Keisha built a career working at the intersection of tech, impact, and digital media. As the CEO of one Nigeria's largest digital media start-ups, Sahara Reporters Media Group, La Keisha built and scaled the first civic media platform of its kind. With venture backing for an African company when Africa was an overlooked market, she grew the company from 2MM to 50MM monthly users, positioning it for investment by impact funds, and raising millions in funding. She partnered with the Omidyar Network, MacArthur, Google and Bloomberg Philanthropies to found the first of its kind Civic Media Lab, Lagos with support from the MIT Center for Civic Media. There, she was the Executive Director and today sits on the board of the Civic Media Lab, Nigeria. She is also now the Chairwoman of Sahara Reporters. La Keisha is a 2x founder of Harvard Innovation Lab incubated start-ups and was a deep-tech researcher at the Youth and Media Group at Harvard Law School’s Berkman Klein Center where she studied the intersection of digital and media literacies for youth. La Keisha brings domain expertise in building and scaling impact-driven companies, taking complex business challenges and designing solutions that create lasting financial and social change in the world.

Crystal Whiteaker (pronouns: she/her) is the Founder and CEO of Crystal Lily Creative, and Author of Brave Leadership is a Choice: An Inclusive Guide to Creating Belonging. Crystal is an Inclusive Branding and Leadership Development Consultant who helps mission driven brands and leaders create human-focused messaging and environments rooted in core values. Crystal brings over 15 years of creative, relational, process driven experience across multiple industries. She is a self-described "corporate trained, creative hippie” who puts a strong focus on core values to help people connect, communicate and lead with belonging in mind. Crystal cares deeply about diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging and is an advocate for leaders and organizations that provide resources and support for healing. Beyond her work, Crystal enjoys spending time at the beach, enjoying nature, connecting with people, and exploring new places.

Kelly Ann Winget is an innovative, emerging manager in the private equity space, and the founder of Alternative Wealth Partners, a Dallas-based private equity firm focused on blended portfolios of alternative assets. Having raised nearly $1 Billion for family offices in small checks, Kelly saw how the most wealth creating investments are being gate kept - and has made it her life's work to create access and education for “main street” investors to get exposure to the high multiple opportunities that exist in the alternative investment space. The daughter of a fifth-generation oil and gas family with assets in Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas, Kelly Ann has over a decade of experience in sourcing creative capital for startups, oil and gas companies, manufacturing ventures, real estate, and several other emerging markets. After a decade of building other firm's reputations, she formed AWP in 2020 to offer clients the best of what the private market can offer. Her background and experience allow her to relate easily to a wide range of investors, helping her communicate and manage investors’ goals. June Suepunpuck is a Joy Guide, energy healer, and host of the "How to Find Joy '' podcast. June attracts heart-centered leaders who are ready to untangle their self worth from their productivity and call in a more joyful, magical and deeply fulfilling life. She believes that finding true, internally-driven joy is actually through normalizing the grief and pain inside all of us, and facing our fears together. Julie Habelmann is a certified practitioner for integrative sound healing and restorative yoga, as well as an entrepreneur, speak and women’s heart health advocate. After 20 plus years in marketing, years of global relocation and surviving a heart attack, Julie shifted her focus towards supporting people in recognizing the privilege and responsibility of being alive.

By focusing on self awareness and intentional listening, she curates unique experiences through sound, gentle movement, breathing and thought-provoking activities to foster habits and practices that nurture sustainable overall wellbeing.

Olivia Christian has been working as a brand strategist for more than 15 years. Her clients include start-ups and entrepreneurs as well as nonprofit organizations providing life-advancing support to vulnerable communities around the world.

Through her workshop, Own Your Story, Olivia coaches audiences in a methodology for crafting a clear, concise, and compelling personal brand story.

She has shared this workshop with internal teams within global brands like Goldman Sachs, Visa, and Amazon, with nonprofits like Dress For Success and Self eSTEM, and entrepreneurial incubators like Selfmade.

Natasha McCrea is a serial entrepreneur, multi-passionate entertainer, and the Founder of Love CEO Institute, a personal development company for women. Her coaching practice helps women find peace, pleasure, and success, using the Love Intelligence Method that she developed.

Natasha also loves connecting with other women who share a love for whiskey. As the cofounder of Jackson McCrea Whiskey, she believes they’re building more than a whiskey brand; they’re starting a movement.

Diana Greshtchuk (She/Her) is the CEO of Fan Your Flame LLC, a financial literacy coach, and your best financial friend. She is committed to guiding entrepreneurs, businesses, and individuals to achieve a wide variety of financial goals.

By day, she is a VP of Fund Accounting & Finance at a private equity/venture capital firm based in LA, and holds an active CPA designation in the State of California. She’s a seasoned investor, venture capitalist, and angel investor for aspiring female entrepreneurs with 20 years of experience in financial services.

Diana volunteers as a Board Member for the Point Foundation, a non-profit organization that empowers promising LGBTQIA+ students to achieve their full academic and leadership potential.
